  • A-dec have a two main operating lights, Halogen and LED. Both are available in a number of mounting options such as, chair mounted to a A-dec chair, wall mounted, ceiling mounted or track mounted giving you plenty of choice as to where you want the light to come from.

Do you provide finance?

Although Woodlane doesn’t provide finance for any equipment or building works, we work with partner providers who can offer competitive rates on your purchases.

What are you Service and break down response times?

For emergencies we aim to get to you within 24 hours. Often we are able to respond to the most urgent cases within a few hours. However, for less urgent work where specific times are required to minimise your down time, a longer lead time is required.

Does Woodlane Dental provide second hand equipment?

No. We do not routinely provide second hand equipment. Although it can often be appealing to buy second hand, we have found that due to the length of time new equipment lasts, the security of long warranty periods, relatively high installation costs and excellent finance deals new equipment is often cheaper in the long term.

Which equipment make or model is best to buy?

There is often no one size fits all answer to this question. Every dentist works in different ways with different priorities. Our team have a wealth of experience to work with you to select the equipment that will be most suited to your needs

What are the charges for a engineer visit?

Its best to contact us to discuss the cost or get a quote for repairs or preventative maintenance visits. We review our prices often to make sure we are always good value and they vary depending on where, and what is required.

How long does it take to refurbish a dental surgery?

This can depend on each individual project. However, a good guide is 2 weeks for 1 existing surgery to be stripped back and put back together including new electrical and plumbing services, flooring, cabinetry, decorations and equipment.

What geographical area does Woodlane cover?

From our office in Thornbury near Bristol, we cover the south west. This means south of Birmingham and West of London right the way across South Wales and down into Cornwall.

What are typical delivery times for equipment?

Although they vary, most chair packages are approximately 4 weeks delivery. However, in some circumstances this can be as little as a few days. However, it is advisable to plan early to avoid disappointment.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have our own showroom displaying a range of equipment which is always free to visit. Simply contact us to book an appointment. Our showroom is designed to not only show off the equipment we offer but also a great space to start planning any renovation project you have. With examples of building finishes, colours as well as brainstorm ideas and discuss drawings and schedules.

Our key suppliers also have showrooms across the country which are also freely available. Again simply contact us to arrange appointment.
