The 1968 development of the Procomat, the first fully automated X-ray film developer, marked a significant advancement in dental diagnostics.
Today, Dürr Dental is headquartered in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, employing around 500 people in production, research and development, sales, and marketing. Globally, the Dürr Dental Group has approximately 1,350 employees and, in 2024, achieved sales of approximately €374 million, serving customers in 174 countries.
